About the Certificate Course

The Certificate Course on International Commercial and Investment Treaty Arbitration is the first specialized program of its kind in India. Designed to build expertise in international arbitration, the course provides participants with a thorough understanding of international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration. The curriculum includes practical insights and contemporary issues delivered through lectures and expert interactions.

Objective: Equip professionals with the skills to manage and resolve cross-border disputes effectively in a globalized economy.
