About the Event

The 1st IILM Client Counselling Competition 2025 is designed to simulate real-world client interactions, testing participants’ legal advisory, communication, and analytical skills.

Format/Structure

• Round 1: Preliminary (Online) – All registered teams compete.
• Round 2: Semi-Final (Offline) – Top 6 teams advance.
• Round 3: Final (Offline) – Top 2 teams compete for the title.
• Evaluation Criteria: Client interaction, legal analysis, and presentation.

• Open to LLB students (3-year and 5-year programs).
• Team Composition: 2 participants per team.
• Themes Include: Criminal Law, Corporate Law, IPR, Human Rights, Cyber Law, and more.
• Prizes:
• Winner: ₹12,000 + Trophy + Internship
• Runner-up: ₹6,000 + Trophy + Internship
• Best Student Counsel: ₹3,000 + Internship
• Certificates & Additional Opportunities for Participants.
• Registration Fee: ₹1200 per team (additional ₹1500 for offline rounds accommodation).
