Format and Structure
This is a full-time remote role (work from anywhere in India) focusing on:
- Contract lifecycle management activities.
- Policy and process development to enhance the legal and business operations.
- Collaboration with sales, marketing, legal, and operational teams to optimize commercial outcomes.
- AI-based solutions integration for enhanced legal support functions.
- Cross-departmental collaboration and project execution.
Candidates will be evaluated based on relevant experience, communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility
- At least 1 year of experience in contract management, commercial legal support, or related fields.
- Familiarity with legal and contractual terminology.
- Organized, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills.
- Open to candidates with a background in legal studies, business administration, or related fields.
- [Bonus]: Experience with Google Suite, Notion, Asana, electronic signature software, and CRM/CLM tools is preferred.
