Internship Details

Format/Structure

Interns will be engaged in a variety of legal and compliance tasks, including:

• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (FEMA, RERA, annual filings).
• Maintaining corporate governance standards and drafting legal documents.
• Conducting due diligence and working with insurance companies on compliance matters.
• Assisting in legal document drafting and filing.
• Providing corporate law and governance guidance.
• Supporting other secretarial and legal duties.

Location

The internship is on-site at MITCON offices in Mumbai and Pune.
