Format/Structure
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Infosys Export Control Program globally across US, Europe & APJ
- Risk mapping and strategic planning under AML and sanctions laws
- Interpret global export controls, trade sanctions, and AML regulations
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regional business teams
- Train teams on export law compliance including US, EU, and APAC regimes
- Design and update global policies, SOPs, and compliance dashboards
- Liaise with government regulators and monitor regulatory changes

Pan-India | Base office per assignment | Travel/coordination with global offices possible

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in international regulatory laws such as US Export Control, Sanctions (OFAC), and AML
- Experience with cross-functional compliance processes, corporate legal operations, and risk management
- Proficiency in training, documentation, SOP development, and legal research
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and leadership skills
