Format/Structure

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Infosys Export Control Program globally across US, Europe & APJ
• Risk mapping and strategic planning under AML and sanctions laws
• Interpret global export controls, trade sanctions, and AML regulations
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regional business teams
• Train teams on export law compliance including US, EU, and APAC regimes
• Design and update global policies, SOPs, and compliance dashboards
• Liaise with government regulators and monitor regulatory changes

Additional Details

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in international regulatory laws such as US Export Control, Sanctions (OFAC), and AML
• Experience with cross-functional compliance processes, corporate legal operations, and risk management
• Proficiency in training, documentation, SOP development, and legal research
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and leadership skills
