About the Event
The National Conference on “From Vulnerability to Justice: Tackling Human Trafficking in Northeast India” aims to provide a platform for diverse stakeholders to deliberate on the pressing issue of human trafficking, especially in North-East India. The region’s geographic, socio-political, and economic conditions have made it particularly vulnerable to trafficking networks.
The conference intends to foster awareness, academic debate, and collaborative solutions while focusing on human rights, enforcement mechanisms, and community-based rehabilitation approaches.
