Format/Structure

Eligibility & Skills:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
  • U.S. Intellectual Property Law (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
  • U.S. Tax Structuring and Compliance
  • Regulatory Compliance for U.S.-based businesses
  • Global Data Privacy Laws
• Ability to work independently and across different geographies.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Remote collaborations for projects with international clients are encouraged.
