About the Opportunity

ANM Global’s Mumbai office is looking to onboard a Corporate Associate with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience. The selected candidate will work closely with senior partners and clients in handling complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and securities law. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and highly reputed team, offering direct client engagement and long-term career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of transactions, from initial structuring to post-deal formalities.
Draft and negotiate Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Term Sheets, Investment Agreements, and other transactional documents.
Conduct due diligence reviews and prepare related reports.
Advise clients on regulatory and compliance aspects under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws.
Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and opposing counsel.
Support in corporate restructuring, capital infusion, and exit strategy planning.
Keep abreast with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks impacting corporate and securities law practice.

Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. degree from a recognized university in India.
2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law practice, preferably at a law firm.
Should have handled a minimum of 5 to 8 full-cycle M&A/PE/VC transactions.
Strong grasp of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI Regulations, and related commercial laws.
Excellent legal drafting, research, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and independently.
