About the Role

IndiGo is seeking experienced Corporate/Commercial Lawyers with 18+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join its in-house legal team. The role is ideal for seasoned legal professionals with a robust background in contract drafting and negotiation skills, who can contribute to the company’s strategic goals.

Role Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex corporate and commercial agreements.
• Providing legal counsel on a variety of matters, including regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to align legal strategies with organizational objectives.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with business operations.
• Leading high-value negotiations and ensuring favorable outcomes.
