About the Opportunity

The firm is currently hiring Corporate Lawyers with 4-6 years of experience to join its expanding Corporate Law team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have a solid understanding of M&A transactions, investment deals, and commercial contract negotiations. Successful candidates will be involved in a wide range of high-profile corporate matters, including the structuring and execution of complex investment transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting & Reviewing Critical Agreements:
  • Shareholders Agreements (SHA)
  • Share Subscription Agreements (SSA)
  • Business Transfer Agreements (BTA)
  • Joint Venture Agreements (JVA)
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the legal soundness and accuracy of these agreements, negotiating key terms, and ensuring the smooth execution of these contracts.
• Legal Due Diligence:
  • Leading the legal due diligence process for M&A transactions, ensuring that all legal aspects are thoroughly reviewed and managed.
  • Identifying potential risks and advising on strategies to mitigate them during the due diligence process.
• Investment & M&A Transactions:
  • Structuring, negotiating, and executing investment and M&A deals, including overseeing key stages of the transaction process and ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
  • The lawyer will be expected to play a key role in managing both client relationships and internal teams to ensure that all legal aspects of the transaction are handled efficiently and effectively.

Additional Details:

• Experience Required: 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Law, particularly in M&A and commercial contracts.
