About the Workshop:
The School of Law at JECRC University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, is organizing the 2nd National Workshop on Non-Doctrinal Legal Research Methodology. This workshop is in alignment with the emphasis on research outlined in the New Education Policy (NEP), encouraging multidisciplinary research and collaboration between academia and industry. The aim is to establish the School of Law, JECRC University, Jaipur, as a center of excellence in legal research.
Objectives:
– Foster collaborative and inclusive research initiatives.
– Develop skills in non-doctrinal legal research methodology.
– Encourage critical thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration.
– Enhance the credibility and validity of legal research.
