About the Competition
The competition invites submissions on: “Analyzing the International Trade Dynamics under New Tariff Policy of USA”
Participants must analyze the legal and economic implications of President Donald Trump’s tariff policies on U.S. industries, global trade, and international relations. The aim is to explore real-world impacts, utilize economic theory, and present evidence-based policy recommendations.
Objectives
- To understand and analyze trade policies and their economic impacts.
- To engage with legal-economic frameworks in an international context.
- To encourage critical thinking and policy-oriented writing.
Expected Outcomes
- Generation of innovative, actionable policy recommendations.
- Contribution to global discourse on trade, governance, and economic law.
- Academic and professional growth of participants.
Eligibility
- Open to students, professionals, and researchers worldwide.
- Co-authorship allowed (maximum 2 authors).
Structure of the Analysis
- Introduction (10%): Background of tariff policy, objectives, and context.
- Economic Impact (30%): Sectoral and global economic analysis.
- Theoretical Framework (20%): Application of trade theories.
- Global Implications (20%): Impact on trade relations and supply chains.
- Data & Evidence (10%): Case studies, empirical analysis.
- Policy Suggestions (10%): Practical recommendations based on findings.

- Word Count: 3000–4000 words (excluding references)
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.5 spacing
- Referencing: 20th Harvard Bluebook
