The Pranita Mehta Memorial Essay Writing Competition 2025 invites law students to engage with contemporary legal issues in corporate law. Format and Structure

The competition consists of a single submission round where participants must submit original essays on any one of the listed themes. Essays will be evaluated based on clarity, originality, quality of research, structure, and legal insight.

• Word Limit: 2500–3500 words (excluding abstract & footnotes)
• Abstract: Max 300 words
• Format: .doc/.docx only; no PDFs
• Font: Times New Roman; Size: 12 (main), 10 (footnotes)
• Spacing: 1.5 (main), single (footnotes)
• Co-authorship: Allowed (Max 2 authors)
• Plagiarism: Max 15% (Turnitin Report required if previously submitted)
• Anonymity: Do not mention name in the document
• Uniform citation style must be followed
