• Ensure accurate and timely registration of documents per statutory laws
• Maintain and update legal trackers and shared legal databases
• Prepare folders for every retailer as per legal checklist
• Assist in litigation tracking and correspondence with legal authorities
• Archive notarized contracts and original agreements for safekeeping
• Coordinate with the finance department for stamp duty and registration charges
• Generate monthly MIS reports for the Corporate Legal Team
