About the Internship

The FSSAI Internship Scheme 2025 is designed to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities in food regulation and safety administration. This program aims to bridge the gap between industry and academia, offering interns valuable experience in food laws and policies.

Format/Structure

• The internship will be available throughout the year in different cycles.
• Internships will be offered for a minimum of 2 months and can be extended up to 6 months.
• A stipend of Rs. 10,000 will be provided to deserving candidates based on recommendations from the respective office/division.

• Other FSSAI Regional Offices/Laboratories
• Online (where applicable)

Additional Details

• Open to students pursuing full-time graduate/postgraduate degrees in law from recognized institutes in India or abroad (for HQ internships).
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to submit a short write-up or presentation for final selection.
• Selected candidates will be notified online on the FSSAI website.
