About the Opportunity

AuthBridge is seeking a Legal Associate to join its dynamic legal team. The role involves extensive engagement in contract drafting, negotiation, compliance advisory, and legal risk management.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, providing legal support on commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and internal policy development. The role also demands proactive research into industry laws and emerging regulations, particularly in privacy, data protection, financial services, and IT-related legislation.

Format and Structure

Nature of Employment: Full-time, on-site position at the Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts including service agreements, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, consultant agreements, statements of work, RFQs, RFPs, and other related documents.
• Conduct active negotiations with clients, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Indian and global data protection laws and IT industry regulations.
• Advise on RBI regulations, financial services, and insurance sector compliance requirements.
• Draft legal notices and responses to notices.
• Collaborate with management and business teams on legal requirements for IT and technology products.
• Develop and update internal policies aligned with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide legal guidance to finance, HR, and operations departments, including employment contracts and workplace policies.
• Conduct training sessions on legal and compliance matters for employees.
• Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Eligibility

• Academic Qualifications:
