Responsibilities
- Advising business teams on debt fundraising (including research, structuring, and documentation).
- Structuring, negotiating, and finalizing transaction documents (term loans, debentures, securitization).
- Providing transaction advisory support for MoneyView’s investments.

Qualifications
- Law degree from a recognized and well-ranked university.
- 2–3 years PQE, preferably in corporate, banking, or transactional practice at a reputed law firm or fintech company.
- Strong experience in reviewing and negotiating equity or debt transaction documents.
- Solid background in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to take practical decisions independently.
- Experience working on debt raising transactions, NCDs, securitization, and regulatory compliance preferred.
