About the Opportunity
Cuerate is urgently hiring for a General Corporate profile. This role is designed for lawyers with 4–7 years of experience who have a background in FEMA, Company Law, JVs, M&A, and contract management. A Company Secretary (CS) qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates will be expected to draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and manage end-to-end corporate legal functions, including LPO exposure.

Format/Structure
Key Requirements:
- LL.B. degree (CS qualification preferred but not mandatory).
- 4–7 years of legal experience in corporate law.
- Strong understanding of:
- FEMA and company law
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO)
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Proficiency in contract drafting and review software/tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking.
- Capability to work independently and in teams.
