About the Event

CYS Legal is now accepting applications for the position of Associate. This is a full-time, in-office role based in New Delhi. The role is ideal for early-career advocates with a strong foundation in litigation and a desire to work on commercial, criminal, and IPR-related litigation matters.

The associate will be given significant courtroom exposure and will assist the firm’s senior team with legal drafting, client strategy, appearances, and case research. Format and Structure

This is a full-time, litigation-focused associate role that requires daily appearances before:

• Delhi High Court
• District Courts across Delhi NCR
• NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, Consumer Forums, IPAB, and other tribunals.

Selected associates will assist in case preparation, legal research, client briefings, and will independently appear in court and other forums under supervision.

The work includes both civil and criminal litigation, especially in the areas of commercial contracts, white-collar offenses, IPR disputes, and appellate matters.

Eligibility

The opportunity is open to candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Law graduate from a recognized institution
• Enrolled with Bar Council of India
• 0–3 years of experience in litigation (Freshers encouraged to apply)
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi (written and oral)
• Available to join immediately
