CYS Legal is now accepting applications for the position of Associate. This is a full-time, in-office role based in New Delhi. The role is ideal for early-career advocates with a strong foundation in litigation and a desire to work on commercial, criminal, and IPR-related litigation matters.
The associate will be given significant courtroom exposure and will assist the firm’s senior team with legal drafting, client strategy, appearances, and case research. This is a full-time, litigation-focused associate role that requires daily appearances before:
Selected associates will assist in case preparation, legal research, client briefings, and will independently appear in court and other forums under supervision.
The work includes both civil and criminal litigation, especially in the areas of commercial contracts, white-collar offenses, IPR disputes, and appellate matters.
