About the Event

ASA Advocates is hiring for the following full-time litigation positions:

Associate (2 Vacancies)

  • Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): 1–3 Years
  • Responsibilities: Drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing case briefs, and court appearances
  • Practice Areas: Company Law, Insolvency Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Litigation

Senior Associate (1 Vacancy)

  • Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): 4–5 Years
  • Responsibilities: Leading case files, supervising juniors, strategizing litigation matters, drafting complex legal documents
  • Practice Areas: Same as above, with leadership and client management responsibilities

Format and Structure

This is a full-time litigation-focused opportunity. Selected candidates will:

- Advertisement -
  • Appear before High Courts, NCLT, and NCLAT
  • Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and applications in insolvency, corporate, and commercial disputes
  • Conduct legal research and case law analysis
  • Liaise with clients, counsels, and court officials
  • Supervise or coordinate with junior associates (Senior Associate role)

Venue: ASA Advocates, Rajendra Place, New Delhi
Mode: In-Office (Full-Time)
Court Work: Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, District Courts, and more

Eligibility

For Associates (1–3 Years PQE):

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • 1–3 years of experience in litigation, especially in company law, IBC, and commercial disputes
  • Good research and drafting skills
  • Confidence in court appearances preferred

For Senior Associate (4–5 Years PQE):

  • PQE of 4–5 years in a litigation firm or independent practice
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial litigation, insolvency disputes, and client matters
  • Ability to supervise junior associates
  • Experience in NCLT/NCLAT/High Courts mandatory or highly preferred
