Format and Structure

Position Title:

Criminal Litigation Lawyer – Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Appear and represent clients in criminal matters before all levels of courts and tribunals.
• Draft and file a wide range of pleadings, including:
  • Complaints
  • Anticipatory Bail Applications
  • Regular Bail Applications
  • Quashing Petitions
  • Writ Petitions
  • Other allied criminal litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategies.
• Interface with law enforcement agencies and handle sensitive legal proceedings.

This role involves a hands-on courtroom practice and real-time litigation handling, suitable for professionals who thrive in high-pressure environments.
