We are inviting applications for the role of a Disputes Lawyer to join the firm’s robust litigation team. This role offers the candidate direct engagement with high-stakes matters, appearances before leading judicial forums, and mentorship from senior advocates.
This is an exciting chance for junior lawyers to work on real-time legal strategy, client interactions, court practice, and impactful commercial litigation assignments across industries.
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
✅ Handling litigation matters before NCLT, Bombay High Court, and City Civil Courts
✅ Drafting of writ petitions, suits, rejoinders, interim applications, notices, etc.
✅ Legal research, case law analysis, and advisory preparation
✅ Regular court appearances and case updates to clients
✅ Coordinating with senior counsel and briefing for arguments
✅ Preparing status reports and maintaining case documentation

🏢 Mode: Full-Time | In-office presence required
🎓 Qualification: Law graduate from a recognized university
📅 Year of Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on litigation experience
🗣 Language Requirement: Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is essential
