About the Opportunity

The University is inviting applications for two positions of Executive – Academic Administration. This full-time contractual role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the efficiency of academic operations, including course coordination, student support, scheduling, and academic documentation.

Format and Structure

This is a full-time, in-office administrative role at the NLSIU campus in Bengaluru. Selected candidates will:

• Assist in planning and execution of academic timetables and course calendars
• Provide operational support to faculty and student academic concerns
• Maintain academic records, grading workflows, and scheduling of internal assessments
• Liaise between students, departments, and external stakeholders for academic coordination
• Use digital tools to track, organize, and report academic progress

Eligibility
