• Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

The selected candidates will undertake the following tasks:

• Drafting and filing legal documents.
• Appearing and arguing cases in court.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research.
• Interpreting laws, including IPC, CrPC, CPC, BNS, BNSS, and BSA.
• Mentoring and training Associate Counsel and interns.
• Gaining expertise in labor, corporate, and company laws.

• An LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 9 years of court work experience.
