About the Event

Format and Structure

As a Junior Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth legal research across various statutes and case laws
• Drafting pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and internal memoranda
• Assisting senior advocates in court hearings, client strategy, and litigation preparation
• Managing multiple client files (litigation and corporate advisory)
• Ensuring procedural compliance, case updates, and documentation
• Engaging with clients, appearing in courts, and helping the firm maintain high service standards

This role offers end-to-end exposure to matters in civil, criminal, regulatory, commercial litigation, as well as corporate advisory and compliance.

Additional Highlights

Compensation:
₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and expertise)
Probation: 3-month paid period with final confirmation based on performance

Eligibility:

• PQE: Minimum 2 years
• Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university
• Bar Council Registration: Valid license to practice law in India
• Skillset: Legal research, drafting, courtroom handling, and client management
• Tools: Proficiency in Manupatra, SCC Online, MS Office, e-Court portals, and e-Filing

• Experience across both litigation and corporate law
• Additional certifications in ADR, commercial law, or corporate practice
