Eligibility:

• Law graduate with a minimum of 50% marks or CGPA 5.5
• Law degree must be from:
  • National Law Universities/National Law Schools, or
  • Recognized universities under Central/State Act, or
  • Universities with minimum “AAA” NAAC Rating in India

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years post-qualification legal experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal agreements and documentation
• Providing legal advice and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Handling legal disputes, notices, and case preparation
• Conducting legal research and generating reports
• Liaising with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies

Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of Indian legal systems and corporate laws
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
