Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on trade remedies, WTO law, export controls, and customs regulations.
• Assist in drafting legal opinions, submissions, and regulatory filings for international trade cases.
• Support dispute resolution proceedings involving international trade disputes and WTO litigation.
• Work on legal matters across various practice areas within the firm, as required.
• Stay updated on evolving trade laws, policies, and regulations affecting global markets.
