About the Opportunity
IIFL is hiring Legal Recovery Executives and Assistant Managers (Legal Recovery) for its operations in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work with the company’s unsecured loan and digital lending portfolios, focusing on legal recovery solutions. The selected candidates will work extensively on legal tools and court processes to ensure effective recoveries.

Role and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:

• Managing cases filed against the company.
• Execution of legal tools such as summons, warrants, and warrants of attachment.
• Filing of award executions and execution of warrants of attachment (WOA) in collaboration with court bailiffs.
• Collaborating with the collections team for field visits to ensure the implementation of recovery actions.
• Legal drafting and adherence to procedural requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience Required: 1-3 years in legal recovery or related roles.
• Educational Qualification: LL.B (Bachelor of Laws).
• Skill Requirements: Strong understanding of court processes, legal recovery mechanisms, and field collection strategies.
• Preference: Candidates who are willing to visit the field daily with the collections team for the execution of legal tools.
