Following the success of its first edition, IDIA Rajasthan, in collaboration with IC Universal Legal, presents the 2nd IDIA ICUL Essay Writing Competition. Open to law students across India, the competition provides an opportunity to engage with corporate and commercial law topics, win attractive prizes, and contribute to legal scholarship.

• Participants must submit an original essay (2,000-3,000 words) on corporate and commercial law.
• Submissions should follow OSCOLA (4th ed.) citation style.
• Co-authorship (up to 2 authors) is allowed.
• Top 3 entries will be published in the NLUJ Law Review Blog.
