About the Event
IILM Law School is organizing the 4th IILM Moot Court Competition, 2025, under the theme “Lafo/kku ls Hkkjr” (India through the Lens of Law). This prestigious competition provides law students with a platform to hone their advocacy skills, enhance their legal knowledge, and engage in competitive mooting with peers from various institutions. The competition celebrates 75 years of democracy and justice in India, encouraging participants to explore critical legal issues through simulated court proceedings.

Format/Structure
- The competition is open to LL.B. students (3-year & 5-year courses) from all institutions.
- Each team must consist of two speakers and one researcher from the same institution.
- The rounds will include Preliminary, Quarter-final, Semi-final, and Final Rounds, along with a Researcher’s Test.
- Memorials must be submitted both online and offline within the stipulated deadlines.
Location
The 4th IILM Moot Court Competition will be held offline at IILM Law School, Gurugram.
Additional Details
- Registration Fee: ₹7,500 per team
- Registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Participants opting for external accommodation must inform the organizers in advance.
