Scope of Work

As an Immigration Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Client Engagement:
   • Conduct comprehensive client intakes to gather the necessary information for immigration cases, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s needs and circumstances.
2. Case Preparation:
   • Assist in preparing various immigration applications, including Family Petitions, U Visas, Asylum applications, and Naturalization filings for submission to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
   • Draft and finalize all required legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable immigration laws and regulations.
3. Administrative Support:
   • Organize final application packages and manage all administrative tasks associated with immigration filings.
   • Provide general administrative support as needed, facilitating the efficient operation of the legal team.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Stay informed about changes in immigration law and policy to ensure that all cases are handled in accordance with the latest regulations.
   • Participate in legal research as necessary to support ongoing immigration cases and initiatives.
