Indra Holdings is home to the specialty regional rice brand SWAH, along with a healthy functional beverage brand and a ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage brand. As an early-stage startup aiming for strategic growth and operational excellence, Indra Holdings is looking to hire a seasoned Business Operations Manager to join the Founder’s Office, reporting to the Chairman. This key position will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our diverse portfolio while ensuring operational success.


Role Overview


This role requires a professional with expertise in Finance (CA certified), HR Operations, and Legal Operations. You will lead and streamline operations across these areas, ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals. The role will also groom the candidate for a future COO position. Experience in FMCG startups is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Finance Management: Oversee fiscal management, capital deployment, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • HR Operations: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and enhance employee engagement.
  • Legal Operations: Manage legal matters, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work with department heads to optimize processes and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Risk Management: Develop strategies to minimize risks while maximizing opportunities across finance and legal compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in Operations, with expertise in Finance, HR, and Legal compliance.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is a must.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, financial management, and legal frameworks in India.
  • Proven track record in team management, policy formulation, and operational excellence.
  • Experience using Zoho tools and applications (minimum 2 years) is required.
