About the Event

MILANA-2025: ENGage & enLAWrge – International Academic Conference on Emerging Trends in Construction Law is the second edition of Manipal Law School’s annual international academic conference, scheduled for 13th December 2025.

Building on the resounding success of Milana-2024, the conference aspires to bring together academicians, practitioners, students, engineers, and industry professionals to deliberate on emerging challenges and opportunities in construction law.

With themes spanning AI and blockchain applications, sustainable legal frameworks, dispute resolution innovations, and risk management, the event seeks to provide a platform for cross-disciplinary engagement. It aims to bridge gaps between technology and law, encouraging participants to critically examine how legal frameworks must adapt to fast-changing industry needs.
