Q1: Who can apply for the traineeship?
A: Law graduates and final-year law students with an interest in international arbitration, preferably with prior relevant exposure.
Q2: What are the language requirements?
A: Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of French (for Geneva) or German (for Zurich) is an advantage but not always required.
Q3: Is prior arbitration experience mandatory?
A: It is not mandatory but highly recommended. Relevant coursework, internships, or moot court participation will strengthen the application.
Q4: Can non-European students apply?
A: Yes, international applications are welcome, provided the applicant meets visa/work eligibility requirements for the location applied to.
