About the Conference:
The International Conference on Infrastructure, Sustainable Development, and Alternative Dispute Resolution aims to address the challenges of balancing infrastructural development with sustainable practices, especially through the lens of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). As infrastructure projects grow in complexity, conflicts arise over environmental, social, and economic aspects, necessitating innovative ADR mechanisms to resolve disputes efficiently.
This two-day conference, held in collaboration with University of Birmingham (UK), Universitatea Titu Maiorescu (Romania), and Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), will feature experts from around the world to discuss the role of ADR in fostering sustainable development. The conference will focus on key themes such as the role of technology in ADR, resolving disputes in renewable energy projects, smart cities, land acquisition, and much more.
