About the University/Organization
The Faculty of Law, University of Colombo, established in 1947 and attaining independent faculty status in 1967, is Sri Lanka’s only law faculty within the public university system. Renowned for its legal research and academic excellence, it serves as a central hub for legal education in the region.
The Kerala Law Academy (KLA), established in 1966 in India, is a premier legal education institution affiliated with the University of Kerala and approved by the Bar Council of India. KLA is known for pioneering academic innovation, impactful research, and contributions to social justice and policy development.
CALSAR (Centre for Advanced Legal Studies and Research) is KLA’s research wing focused on interdisciplinary legal reform and policy studies. It collaborates with global institutions to drive contemporary legal discourse.
Global Research Conference Forum (GRCF) is an international academic initiative committed to advancing scholarship and collaboration in law, governance, and social sciences.

Format and Structure
- Abstracts (250–300 words) must follow a structured format (background, objectives, methodology, etc.).
- Full papers (4,000–6,000 words) are optional for post-conference publication.
- Submissions will undergo blind peer review.
- Accepted papers may be published in Scopus/UGC-CARE indexed journals, ISBN/ISSN proceedings, or Academy Law Review.
