About the Symposium/Opportunity
The International Symposium on Labour & Employment Laws will be held on 15–16 November 2025 at NLU Jodhpur. The central theme is “Labour Laws in the Digital Era”, with sub-themes covering a broad range of issues such as:
- Labour law reforms and workplace rights.
- Gig economy, informal sector, and social protection.
- Industry 4.0, automation, reskilling, and employment shifts.
- Industrial disputes, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and compliance challenges.
