About the Event
The upcoming International Webinar on “Intellectual Property Rights and Public Health in Developing Countries” seeks to examine the delicate balance between pharmaceutical IP regimes and public health imperatives in the Global South. The objective is to stimulate scholarly dialogue on how international patent systems impact access to essential medicines in countries with limited resources.
The webinar is ideal for students of law, public policy, international relations, as well as professionals and scholars interested in the intersection of intellectual property, health rights, and international trade law.

Format and Structure
The event will be held in one virtual session (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM IST), consisting of:

Evaluation will be based on attendance and participation, and all registered participants will receive e-certificates upon completion.
