The upcoming International Webinar on “Intellectual Property Rights and Public Health in Developing Countries” seeks to examine the delicate balance between pharmaceutical IP regimes and public health imperatives in the Global South. The objective is to stimulate scholarly dialogue on how international patent systems impact access to essential medicines in countries with limited resources.
