Format and Structure
Interns will be engaged in tasks including:
- Drafting legal documents (notices, petitions, MOUs, LOIs, agreements, etc.)
- Contract management including database maintenance and agreement reviews
- Litigation management including drafting and vetting of case documents
- Compliance management and regulatory documentation
- Data migration from physical/excel to online portals
- Legal research and preparation of legal opinions
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders including courts, law firms, consultants, and government bodies
The internship is offline (on-site) and will require physical presence at the company’s Chennai office.
