Interns will be engaged in tasks including:

• Drafting legal documents (notices, petitions, MOUs, LOIs, agreements, etc.)
• Contract management including database maintenance and agreement reviews
• Litigation management including drafting and vetting of case documents
• Compliance management and regulatory documentation
• Data migration from physical/excel to online portals
• Legal research and preparation of legal opinions
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders including courts, law firms, consultants, and government bodies

The internship is offline (on-site) and will require physical presence at the company’s Chennai office.
