Advocate Hemant Kumar Agrawal’s Chamber is a well-established litigation practice operating from the premises of the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur. With a reputation for handling a broad spectrum of cases, including constitutional law, civil and criminal litigation, and public interest matters, the chamber offers law students and aspiring advocates a valuable opportunity to observe and engage in courtroom practices and real-time legal drafting. The chamber, guided by experienced professionals, has mentored numerous interns who have gone on to pursue successful careers in litigation and public service.
This month-long internship is aimed at offering law students hands-on experience in litigation, legal drafting, research, and court procedures. Interns will have the opportunity to attend court proceedings, work on case briefs, assist with legal research, and observe the day-to-day workings of a practicing advocate’s chamber at the High Court. The programme is designed to enhance a law student’s understanding of real-world legal processes and to cultivate essential skills for a future in litigation or public policy.
This is an excellent opportunity for students who wish to gain direct exposure to the judicial system, strengthen their advocacy skills, and understand the nuances of legal argumentation and court decorum.
