About the University/Organization
AERHE Development Federation is a grassroots non-governmental organization dedicated to social development, awareness, and empowerment across underserved communities in India. With a focus on human rights, women’s safety, youth leadership, legal literacy, and environmental conservation, the organization strives to catalyze long-term, sustainable change. It believes in the power of youth as agents of transformation and provides platforms for students to actively contribute to societal betterment.
About the Event
This internship program is designed to offer young, socially-driven individuals an opportunity to work on real-world issues through active involvement in education, advocacy, fundraising, social media, and project implementation. Interns will work closely with mentors to lead awareness campaigns, promote legal rights, and empower communities through outreach and education.
Interns may also serve as College Ambassadors, leading local engagement in their respective institutions and communities.

Format and Structure
