About the Judicial Internship

The Allahabad High Court offers a non-remunerative Judicial Internship program for law students, providing them with a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to court proceedings, legal research, and case analysis under the guidance of esteemed judges.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the internship, applicants must:

• Be enrolled in a five-year LL.B. program recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• Be in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law program or 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year law program.
• Have a strong academic and co-curricular record.
• Possess basic computer skills, legal research proficiency, and familiarity with online research tools & MS Office applications.
• Have completed at least two prior internships (minimum 30 days/4 weeks each) with a lawyer, law firm, or court.
