This internship programme is designed to provide law students with hands-on exposure to practical legal work including research, drafting, client advisory, and litigation assistance. Interns will work on real-time assignments under the supervision of experienced legal professionals. Both onsite and remote options are available, making it ideal for students across the country.

The internship includes:
Selection will be based on application review and a brief screening.

Mode: Hybrid (Onsite & Remote options available)
Candidates must possess strong legal research skills and a keen interest in litigation and advisory practice.
Participation is free of charge.
The interns will be supervised by advocates and associates at Maximus Legal®, with close oversight by partners of the firm.
This is an individual internship opportunity. Group applications are not accepted.
Q1: Who is eligible to apply?
A: Students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year law programmes, meeting year criteria mentioned above.
Q2: Is prior internship experience required?
A: No, but prior exposure to legal research or writing will be a plus.
Q3: Will all applicants be selected?
A: No. Selections are merit-based and subject to limited seats.
Q4: Will remote interns get the same experience?
A: Remote interns will receive the same research and drafting work, though they may not attend physical proceedings.
Q5: Can I apply for both months?
A: Yes. Clearly mention the preferred month(s) and mode in your application email.
