Internship Description

We are seeking a Legal Intern to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be pursuing or have recently completed a law degree with a strong ability to conduct detailed legal research and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail.

What you\’ll be doing?

• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research on relevant laws. regulations, and case law. Analyse legal issues related to the slartup\’s operations.

Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Prepare non disclosure agreements (NDAs), partnership agreements, and licensing agreements. Review and provide input on terms of service. privacy policies, and other policy documents.

Corporate Governance: Help maintain corporale records and ensure proper documentation.

• Contract Management: Maintain and organize the startup\’s contract management system. Ensure all contracts are properly executed and stored.Learning and Growth Opportunities
