Eligibility

Open to law students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program, or final year (3rd year) students of a 3-year LL.B. program, who are:

• Interested in M&A, PE/VC, startup law, and investment transactions
• Able to commit full-time onsite for a minimum of 3 months

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent legal research and drafting abilities
• Basic understanding of company law, contracts, data protection, and foreign investments
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Conduct legal research related to M&A, VC/PE transactions, disputes, and regulatory issues
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, investment agreements, and transaction documentation
• Attend client meetings and maintain documentation
• Support ongoing compliance functions and legal audits
• Contribute to both routine and complex legal matters
