About the Internship
This paid assessment internship is designed to provide participants with real-world experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)-related matters. Interns will be engaged in a range of assignments covering Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), Liquidation, Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP), and Personal Guarantor (PG) cases. Format and Structure
The internship will include:

Eligibility
- Law students (preferably in 3rd year or above of a 5-year LLB program / final year of a 3-year LLB program).
- CA, CS, CMA aspirants or freshers from similar professional backgrounds.

- Candidates with prior exposure to IBC processes (CIRP, Liquidation, PPIRP, PG cases) are encouraged to highlight it on their CV.
