About the Internship

Bridge Counsels is inviting applications for its Summer Internship Program (June–July 2025) at its New Delhi office. Interns will gain exposure to dynamic legal issues faced by tech-focused and innovation-driven companies, with hands-on assignments in corporate law, tech and IP, regulatory compliance, and legal strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on matters involving corporate & commercial law, IP, SaaS, AI, and startup advisory
• Assist in legal drafting, client communications, and research
• Draft explainers and legal notes on emerging tech/IP topics
• Maintain and contribute to internal legal research documentation
• Engage in legal strategy work and compliance projects for startups

Eligibility Criteria

• 4th or 5th-year students (5-year integrated law course) or final-year students (3-year law course)
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Strong interest in tech law, corporate law, and AI/software regulation
• Tech-savvy and adaptable; prior experience or legal writing is a bonus
